Accepted Payments Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and supported digital wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) where available.

Note: Available methods can vary by device, browser, or fraud-prevention rules.

Payment Authorization

For most card and wallet payments, an authorization may be placed at checkout to verify funds.

We capture payment when your order is confirmed for processing (or when it ships, depending on the method).

If an order is canceled before capture, the authorization is released by your bank (release timing varies by bank).

Transaction Security

All checkout pages run over HTTPS. Sensitive payment data is processed by our PCI DSS–compliant payment partners and is not stored on Urbanjax servers.

128-Bit SSL Encryption :

Your connection to our checkout uses 128-bit (or higher) encryption, protecting data in transit from interception or tampering.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL):

We enforce SSL/TLS across the site so your information is encrypted between your browser and our servers during browsing and checkout.

PCI DSS Compliance:

Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors . Urbanjax does not store full card numbers, CVV, or magnetic-stripe data.

Tokenization:

Where supported, our processor replaces card details with a token. Tokens are useless outside the secure payment environment, reducing risk if systems are compromised.

Currency

All prices and charges are shown and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Order Modification & Cancellation

Need a change or cancellation?

Email support@urbanjax.store within 12 hours of purchase with your order number.

If the order has already entered processing or shipped, we can’t cancel it. but you can use our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails:

Confirm card details, available funds, billing address, and etc.

Try a different method (another card or wallet), or contact your bank to approve the transaction.

If you still need help, email support@urbanjax.store with screenshots or the error message.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy:

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the status.

If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 9 business days after inspection for funds to appear (bank/card timelines may vary).

Fraud Prevention & Right to Cancel

To protect customers, we may run fraud and address verification checks. We reserve the right to hold, refuse, or cancel any order that fails verification or appears suspicious (e.g., mismatched billing, repeated declines). Any captured funds on canceled orders will be refunded to the original method.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable U.S. taxes are shown at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the final amount. Urbanjax does not add hidden fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If something isn’t right, please contact us first at support@urbanjax.store with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
If you file a chargeback, we’ll provide documentation to your bank based on our records (tracking, delivery confirmation, refund status). Resolution timing is set by your card issuer.

Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Urbanjax does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing. If we add them in the future, we’ll clearly show the renewal terms, price, and how to cancel before the next charge.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in payment options or security standards. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when changes were made. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
