Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must arrive back to us within 14 days of approval.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
In original packaging with all tags/labels attached
Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations
Reasons for Return
Accepted reasons include wrong size, color change, change of mind, or item not as expected.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was damaged in transit, see Damaged or Defective Items.
Return Shipping Cost & Labels
Customer-paid (you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the return label):
Change of mind, size, color, preference, or other standard returns.
You may use your own carrier/label. If you request a label from us for these cases, the actual label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Urbanjax-paid (prepaid label provided):
Item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was damaged in transit.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll send a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee. We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
How to Start a Return
Email support@urbanjax.store with subject “Return Request – Order #1234”.
Include: order number, item name/size/color, reason for return, and photos if damaged/defective.
We’ll reply with approval & instructions (use your own label or request one; prepaid labels are issued for our-fault cases).
Pack securely; include the packing slip or a note with your order number.
Refunds
When we receive your return, we will inspect it.
After inspection, we’ll email you the status of your return (approved or declined).
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: after inspection, please allow up to 9 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method (bank/card processing times may vary).
Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank/card account again.
Then contact your card issuer/bank—processing times can vary.
If it’s been more than 9 business days since our inspection-status email and you still don’t see the refund, contact support@urbanjax.store.
Exchanges
Fastest option: return for a refund and place a new order.
Prefer a direct exchange? Email us with your order number and the new size/color, we’ll confirm availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re sorry this happened. Email support@urbanjax.store within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue (close-ups and full item), plus the outer box and shipping label
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label. Urbanjax covers return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
