Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-order or made-to-order items will display their own handling time on the product page.
Transit Time
Standard Shipping (within the USA): 4–7 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch.
Carrier timeframes may vary by location, weather, and seasonal volume.
Total Delivery Time
Order Cut-Off Time + Handling Time + Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
Example: Order before 5:00 PM EST → ships same/next business day → 1–3 days handling + 4–7 days transit = ~5–10 business days (Mon–Fri) total.

Product Condition & Responsibility
All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it travels in carrier custody. If anything occurs in transit, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Address & Address Verification
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We may contact you to verify details before shipping.
Parcels returned/undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipment fees that are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@urbanjax.store.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible; after delivery, please use our Returns Policy.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier’s first scan.
If you have an account, you can also view status under My Account → Orders.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery targets can be impacted by severe weather, carrier disruptions, holiday peaks, or remote-area routing. While these are outside our control, we’ll keep you updated and assist with next steps.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, email support@urbanjax.store right away with your order number and photos (item, outer box, and shipping label, if applicable).
We’ll open a carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable, based on the claim outcome.
