• Exception for Quality Issues: In the rare event that an item is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition due to an error on our part, UrbanJax will accept responsibility for the return shipping costs.

Provision of Return Labels

• Standard Returns: As return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, UrbanJax does not provide pre-paid return labels for “change of mind” or size-related exchanges. Customers are kindly requested to arrange and pay for the return shipment through their chosen courier service.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. In such cases, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label or provide reimbursement instructions to ensure you incur no shipping costs for the return.

Our Policy on Restocking Fees

We value your loyalty to UrbanJax. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns or exchanges. The full purchase price of the item will be eligible for a refund (minus original shipping fees).

Once your return is verified, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the transaction to be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your statement.

Status of Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the promised 7 day window, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to us, and we will happily verify the transaction status on our end.

Guidance on ‘Change of Mind’

We understand that style choices can change. If you have simply changed your mind about a product, you are welcome to return it under our 30-day policy, provided the jacket remains in new, unworn condition. Please note that for returns of this nature, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs, and we do not provide pre-paid return labels.

• Order Cut-off Time: To ensure your order is processed within our standard handling timeframe, please place your order by 4:00 PM (GMT-10:00). Orders placed after this time will be moved to the next business day’s processing queue.

Shipping Transit & Delivery Estimates

Once your package is handed over to our shipping partners, you can expect the following delivery schedule:

• Transit Time: After dispatch, your order will take approximately 3 to 4 business days to arrive at your location within the United States.
• Total Delivery Time: Combining our handling time (1–2 days) and transit time (3–4 days), your estimated total delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

Please note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as extreme weather or carrier-specific delays might occasionally impact the final delivery date.

• Shipping Rates: We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $10.00 USD on all orders across the United States. This rate is fixed, regardless of the number of items in your cart.
• Taxes: Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. We do not have any hidden fees.

Shipping Carriers

Product Condition & Responsibility

• Responsibility: UrbanJax is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided, the responsibility shifts to the recipient. We advise customers to ensure the delivery location is secure.

Incorrect Address & Address Verification

We urge all customers to double-check their shipping details before finalizing their order.

• Verification: Please ensure that your apartment number, zip code, and city are accurate.
• Issues: If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please email us at support@urbanjax.store within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery destination. Any costs incurred due to undeliverable addresses caused by customer error will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it.
• How to Cancel: Please send an urgent email to support@urbanjax.store with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER #OrderNumber.”
• Beyond the Window: Once an order moves into the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, you would need to follow our standard Return Policy once the package arrives.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
